  2. IF NEED TO REQUEST A MATERIEL NUMBER
  1. GENERATE CHECKLIST TO DETERMINE IF A "TEMPORARY MATERIEL NUMBER" CAN BE USED
  2. IF OUTSIDE A 90 DAY WINDOW - REQUEST EMAIL ADDRESS TO NOTIFY THEM WHEN PART AVAILABLE
