HHT does not have an ability to conduct and upload a partial inventory.
Recommended
HHT should be able to open an inventory, and during inventory be able to stop before completion, uploading the completed portion, then upload, alert DPAS that only a partial was conducted, then be able to continue the inventory at a later time.

Yes, because customer needs the flexibility to be able to conduct a partial inventory.
Benefits
The benefit reduces time (not have to recreate new inventory if old one was not complete), improves accuracy of being able to stop during an inventory without the HHT losing data.
