Expand Operator Profiling in the M&U module into more of a Licensing program to produce a DoD Motor Vehicle Operator Identification Card and have qualifications follow user from command to command. Recommended solution: Pre-populate the Certification/License AUD field with the attached so during Operator/Tech AUD, operators and licenses will be associated. ?Desire to maintain this association so as operators move, licenses move with them. Add fields to capture operator sex, height, weight, birthdate, hair, eye, issue date and expiration date. Expiration date will be either be 5 years from issue or CAC expiration, whichever is earliest. ?If camera attached or have picture on file, it can be loaded to license.
