Description
Add a new field under Security to the Users A/U/D screen to be able to enter Personnel Type (i.e. GOV, MIL, CON).
Recommended
New field needs to be output under Inquiries>User Inquiry Report .
Mission Critical
Contractors are required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. Since Cost information is maintained in DPAS capturing Personnel Type has been mandated by Finance so we can identify the Contractors that have access to DPAS.
Benefits
Reduce time and resources by capturing information in one report instead of maintaining a separate spreadsheet via manual input.
