Description
When adding Custodian level access to a user the Security Officer needs the capability to search by UIC and only see Custodians for that UIC. We have 80+ UIC's. Each UIC has the potential to have 80+ Custodians under it.

Benefits
Currently the Security Officer has pages and pages of UICs and Custodians to go thru. This would save time in being able to go directly to the UIC and Custodians that need to be added for a user.
