Description
In DPAS Legacy, we created a Eureka report called Property Inventory - Missing Asset.

Recommended
Need a report called Property Book Missing which is currently created from Eureka on DPAS Legacy on a daily basis. We have attached the SQL that Eureka generates and the FreeForm design for this report. Also included are the prompts and filters that were included in the Eureka design.
Report should also display the Report Name and Date since report is generated daily.
This report should have:

• Custodian,
• UIC,
• Last Inventory Date,
• Manager (RO/AO) Name,
• Manager (RO/AO) Title,
• PO Name

as the Search Criteria in the Report Generator.

• Manager Name,
• Manager Title,
• PO Name

should be user input.
UIC in heading should always be equal to the UIC user enters in Search Criteria.
Display what the user enters in the Manager (RO/AO) Name where the Report example shows Chief Name.
Display what the user enters in the Manager (RO/AO) Title where the Report example shows Chief Title.
Display what the user enters in PO Name for the PO Name on the Report example.
The operator for the Last Inventory Date should always be less than () the date user enters in Search Criteria.
This report should have:

• Custodian,
• UIC,
• Last Inventory Date

as the Search Criteria in the Report Generator.
"CONFIDENTIAL" should display at the top and bottom of every page.
The last page of the report should:

1. Give a count of items inventoried and a total dollar amount of items inventoried.
2. Display 2 statements; one above the PO_Name signature block and the other above the Chief Name/Title signature block.

Mission Critical
Critical. This report is run on a daily basis during an inventory.

Benefits
This report is needed to generate daily during inventories and current reports/inquiries do not give this functionality.
