Currently DPAS has no way to know what site id/UIC to assign to a particular WAWF record when it is received. ?I think it reads the UIC/DODAAC reference table and retrieves the first UIC that it hits with a matching DODAAC. ?This is not always correct. Recommended solution:?In the pending process allow users to add the outstanding contract/delivery order information and populate a WAWF due in table. ?When transactions are received that match the contract/delivery order, you will know what site id/UIC that contract belongs to. ?If user's do not enter the data and you don't find a match on contract/delivery order you can run it thru the current DPAS logic.
