Users with a Custodian type role with Custodian Update level access have no way to reject, using the Pending Transactions, an asset that has been designated for transfer or disposition by mistake. Recommended solution: Need to add the functionality to allow users with Custodian Update level access to the Pending Transactions process and allow them to be able to reject a transaction that they have designated. With this, the Pending Transactions program, along with the menu option, will need to be added back for the Custodian roles.
