Description
When adding a new stock number, either from pending or stock number a/u/d, when the add page is displayed the description of the stock number item is not carried over to the ?add? page.

Recommended
Carry the description from the search/add page, or from the catalog pending page to the stock number add page.

THIS IS AN INCONVIENCE WHEN ADDING A STOCK NUMBER OR TRANSFERRING IN FROM ANOTHER CATALOG.

Benefits
This allows the user to view the Catalog record that was started if they turn away from the process for any amount of time.

This will affect anyone with permissions to the catalog processes.
