Description
In referencing Remedy ticket AR 078054: A user who has an APO role with Site Level Update access should be able to approve a transfer of an asset from one UIC to another UIC without having to go to the Pending process to approve the transfer they just initiated. If the APO does not have access to the gaining UIC, the ?Make Avail Gain Acty? check box is not available. This forces the APO to go into the Pending process to approve the transfer when it was the APO who initiated the transfer. Recommended solution: The Make Avail Gain Acty check box should be available so that any role that has authority to approve pending transfers can check this check box. This way, if the Designate Only process is required, there is not the duplicate effort of going to Pending Transactions to approve.
