Users need access to be able to view their own Inventory statistics similar to what is produced on the Agency Predefined Inquiries. Im not sure if this is better suited as a report or Inquiry. It may be driven by the access level as to which way you could do this, Report or Inquiry. The users that would run this Report or Inquiry their security level access for Reports is UIC and Inquiry Access level is Site. If this was set up as an Inquiry then Site Access would allow them to see other UIC?s inventory stats which we do not want them to be able to see. If this was set up as a Report then the users would only be able to run the report based on their UIC access level. The report should show the same fields as what is currently in the Asset Inventory Counts by UIC & Custodian. UIC or Custodian Nbr (depending on the type of report) Inventoried Not Inventoried Total Cost Inventoried Total Cost Not Inventoried Total Asset Count Total Asset Cost We would also like to have 2 new columns added that would total Percentage of the Inventory that has been inventoried and Percentage of the cost of the inventoried items.
