In order to update records in Mass in the Accounting module, the procedure can only be accomplished by using "Like" stock numbers. When selecting Accounting, Deprn Update, then Personal Property, the personal property manager (ppm) checks the Deprn Sts options All, Activated, or Non-Activated. Select Search. A listing of assets will appear with a check box. If selecting assets with different stock numbers to perform a Mass update, an error is received, ?Can only select one stk nbr and intrf sys cd for mass?.

Recommended solution: Recommend establishing the option via a ?Check Box? to Update property records in Mass by installing an option for Major Custodian.
