Currently there is no functionality in DPAS to apply attributes to Real Property. ?This functionality is available for general property and equipment assets and is helpful to identify specific assets for specific tasks.

Recommended
Add attribute functionality for Real Property assets to help identify aspects of Real Property to maximize the property's useful life.

Mission Critical
This functionality has been requested by users during SAT activities. There is currently no indication this is mission critical or mandated.

Benefits
Adding attributes will help optimize the usage of Real Property.

Users
This affects any entity with the goal of providing an optimal return on existing Real Property assets and affect the planning of future Real Property planning requirements.
