Description
The Inquiries Results page may show many pages of results. With multiple pages, when any page after Pg 1 is selected, the column header names are not displayed.

Recommended
Display the column headers on all pages in all inquiry results.

This is not mission critical but will save time and integrate a convenience functionality for the user

Improves the use of inquiries with the identification of information on multiple pages.
