Users with a role that gets functionality added to it are getting access without training on the new menu item. Users should have to take training before accessing new functionality. Recommended solution:?Move to functionality based certification rather than role. Can still have "roles" as a basis, much like a syllabus, but users will certify against Functionality or menu items.
