Description
With DPAS receiving an extract of the DODAAD, there is a need for DPAS to perform validation of DODAAC used to communicate with its business partners.
A number of business partner transactions e.g. iRPT, IUID, DLA TS validate the DODAAC within the transaction for its validity, and will reject the transaction if the DODAAC is not contained within the DODAAD.
Failure to do so results in transactions being rejected and/or lost.

Recommended
Review current DPAS DODAAC validation Business Rules, and make the necessary modifications to ensure where a valid DODAAC is required, the DODAAC used with the transaction is in fact valid e.g. IUID Submission, iRPT Submission, DLMS Outbound transactions, etc. When the DODAAC is invalid, display a user error notifying the user to update the DODAAC prior to proceeding.
