When conducting a Unit Issue reconciliation when the RO signs the reconciliation the signature is not captured in a receipt for the reconciliation. ?Also you should be able to print out the Outstanding returnable Items sheet and this sheet should have a spot at the bottom right of each page to put the RO's Initials and the last page should have a signature spot. ?This way they can attach the sheet to the reconciliation. Recommended solution:?Recommend that a reconciled receipt be added to the Unit Issue Activity reconciliation Tab that captures the RO signature, digitally, to show that the RO's CMR has been properly reconciled and signed. ?Also, recommend an ability to print out an Outstanding returnable Items sheet in PDF that has an area at the bottom right of every page for the RO's initials and a signature line at the end of the last page. ?By using a PDF file it helps prevent manipulation of the data contained within.
