Implementing this change will reduce time spent in acquiring this type of information and eliminate a need for the requester to use locally developed products (spreadsheets or access databases) to manage back-ordered inventory. Availability of this information will enable fleet managers to make accurate decisions while maintaining fiscal accountability of parts ordered, received and allow for reliable parts costing to work-orders.
Users
Without this type of information the entire Air Force agency is negatively affected. Current legacy systems provides this information to all AF Fleet Managers today.
