Description
Currently, the assembly and disassembly process takes to long to complete and there are to many steps involved. Suggest taking the pick process out of the process and have it run automatically.

Recommended
Recommending that the assembly and disassembly process time be improved by running the pick process like a warehouse transfer. We would like the pick process to happen automatically after setting the amount of items that need to be assembled or disassembled. Once the amount of the items being assembled are set you should be able to print off a pick- list for the warehouse clerk . Once the pick is complete you should have the option to "complete assembly" for the gear to be assembled in DPAS.

BAB - 03/11/2016 Currently, if a the SKO stock number is serially managed, options are displayed to use the pick process or to bypass pick and proceed directly to the assemble process.
If the SKO stock number is Bulk managed, these options are not displayed.
Determine the scope of the effort needed to bypass the pick process for Bulk managed SKO stock numbers.? See att.
