Description
Problem: A new role is required to support DLA's Activity Property Administrators with the ability to perform updates on an asset at the Activity Level. There's no current role that will support this ability within DPAS.

Recommended
New DLA Activity Property Administrator role should have these functions:

• My DPAS: All
• Asset Management: HRN-Asset (Main Menu); WPHRN11-Receiving; WPHRN42-Custodian;WPHRN51-Asset Update; WPHRN52-Asset Transfer
• Master Data: MSTRDATA-Master Data (Main Menu); WPHRN48-Contractor AUD; WPHRN49-Contract AUD;WPUTN02-Location;WPUTN13-Address;WPUTN21-Report/Form Message;WPUTN22-UIC DODAAC CAGE;WPUTN25-Batch ACTY Review
• Master Data-Mass Updates: MSTRMASS UP- Master Data Mass Updates (Sub Menu)
• Misc.-Not on Menu: WCGLx18-Transaction Status;WCGLX19-Asset Detail Viewer;WPGLR01-Background Transaction Result Reporter;WPUTN23-Attachment Add [Not a Menu Item.]

Mission Critical
This is mission critical because it allows the DLA Activity Property Administrator the functionality to manage the use of equipment and minimize under utilization of equipment throughout the FY without delay.

Benefits
This will benefit all activities in DLA by reducing time, while allowing Activity Property Administrator's the ability to monitor and effectively manage the use of equipment as well as optimize their fleet.

This should affect ALL users within DLA utilizing DPAS.
