We preload issues in order to speed up issue times for aircrews. We also have multiple warehouses that may start an issue at the same time for the same member. for instance a member is going on a flight, he needs a chem from one warehosue and a weapon from another on hte same base. these would both be started before the member got there
Recommended
make it possible to have an issue open in more than one warehouse at the same time.
Mission Critical
highly important. aircrews have compressed preflight schedules and literally every second saved counts.
Benefits
reduced time for issue. Able to complete an issue even if one is open in another warehouse.
