QC discrepancies grid - we do not have a check box to differentiate between a MAJOR and a minor discrepancy. in addition, we have to add extra discrepancy lines in order to input corrective action.
Recommended
add column to the discrepancy that has check boxes and column header "Major" In addition, add a column that is editable by anyone performing the inspection "corrective action". on the QC Summary report add a category of "Major discrepancies" add a "major" column on the discrepancy report. see attachment

critical. A major write-up is something that needs to be highlighted because it could cause injury or death.
