Description
Per Marine Corps Bulletin 4440.4 Effective 1 April the Marine Corps will be moving away from Missing Damaged Gear Statements and NAVMAC 6's and implementing a new FINANCIAL LIABILITY INVESTIGATION OF PROPERTY LOSS (FLIPL) DD-FORM 200. Recommend that two new return Reason codes be established to meet these mandatory policy changes. MCBUL Attached.

Requesting the following two Return Reason Codes be added to Individual and Unit Return Reason Codes:
GA - FLIPL DD-FORM 200/Govt Authorized (should function like Missing/Damage reason code)
GR - FLIPL DD-FORM 200/Govt Reimbursed (Should function like NAVMAC 6 reason code)
