Problem: There's a need for an inquiry/report that provides the ability to query both the work order and sub work order together.

Develop a query that will allow you to query the work order and sub work order together. Inquiries>Work Order>Query Type>

Mission Critical
This is mission critical because it will assist maintenance managers with workload planning and maintenance shop efficiency, along with maintenance history records for their activity. It will also provide the ability to monitor open work orders and internal performance of equipment currently needing repairs and/or parts. The inquiry needs to include:

• Maint Activity,
• Work Order ID,
• Asset ID,
• DoD Serial number,
• MFR year,
• MFR name,
• model,
• work order state code,
• status code,
• equipment pool

at the minimum.

Benefits
This will benefit all activities in DPAS by reducing time, while allowing maintenance managers the ability to monitor and effectively manage the use and repair of equipment within their fleet.

Users
This should affect ALL users within DLA and DoD utilizing DPAS.
