We use TMO and hand carried warehouse transfers. sometimes hand carried transfers change.

Recommended
give us a drop box on warehouse transfers that defaults to "TMO" and has an option of "non-TMO" shipment. If the shipment is TMO, then generate the 1149, if it is not then do not generate an 1149 and allow it to be canceled even after the ship button has been clicked as long as it hasn't been received on the gaining end.
