Description:
The Washington Headquarter Service (WHS) and the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) are requesting to have their capital thresholds updated to align with the DoW policy. The request by Michael Sieve it have ELMS update their Capital Threshold to $15 million, "Retrospective" from the beginning of time.
Recommended:
The ELMS update will implment the new thresholds for three ELMS agency cocdes - DD (WHS), and DO (PFPA), and E1 (WHS Raven Rock) to 15 million for G/R/M/H assets in General Fund accounts (Type Fund Code = O).
Mission Critical:
DOW Memo earlier in 2026 required agencies to raise their threshold to $15 million for GF unless other arrangements were made.
