Description:
Under Unit Issue Outstanding items Inquiry a column is missing; Expiration Dt. In order to understand when an Item is going to expire in a unit issue the column must be there. Currently when you run an ICN Inquiry the ICN will have the information in that inquiry, but it doesn't state which unit is issued that ICN. So there is no way to know when the materiel is going to expire in particular Units/UICs. The expiration date is a required field in the report we send to Congress each month. Congress has to know which units have which ICNs and they need all the manufacturer information.
Recommended:
In the Outstanding Items Inquiry add a column Expiration Dt so we know when a UIC has equipment that is going to expire
