01141	Inventory Adjustment Data Extract	Warehouse	USMC	Done	Description Currently there is no way to pull warehouse inventory adjustment data for the CSP enterprise without having to generate and extract the data for one selected TAM, NSN, ICN, or document number at a time. The view does not allow the search of all item inventory adjustments within a given time period and also does not provide the ability to pull data for more than one warehouse at a time. Recommended Recommend a monthly data extract of the CSP enterprise inventory adjustment transactions to be provided. This would include all inventory adjustments that resulted in a change to the location or container qty, which occurred within the month. The following columns are required in this data set. 01137	Documents Data Extract	Warehouse	USMC: CSP	Removed	Description Unable to accurately pull and report information regarding shipment and document transactions. In the Inquiries > Documents view a document number that has been canceled or a document number that has been completed both display a status of code of C-Closed. Additional information is needed to properly analyze and report transactions associated to document numbers. The transaction detail records including the “doc transaction status” field is needed to properly determine if the transaction was completed or canceled. Recommended Recommend a monthly data extract of the CSP enterprise shipment/document transactions to be provided. This would include all transactions internal and external shipment and document number transactions that occurred during the month. The following columns are required in this data set. 01136	Label Information	Warehouse	USMC: CSP	Removed	Description Currently there is no way to be able to print needed calibration and inspection dates onto labels through DPAS. Currently having to hand write information. See Attached "Present Action for Dates" Recommended Recommend that fields labeled "Last Calibration Date", "Next Calibration Date", "Last Maintenance Date", "Next Maintenance Date" be added with capability to input dates when printing labels. See Attached LVI-DPAS Label Comparison and Current DPAS Label Mission Critical Yes this will help keep accurate shelf life CBRN items properly Labeled with current and Next Calibration and Maintenance Date information. Benefits Having this functionality will help from having to hand write said information on each label which will reduce time and cost, accuracy and ability to decipher information. 01135	1348 "Print All" Option	Warehouse	USMC	Done	Description Currently we can only print one 1348 at a time during the Warehouse Transfer and Disposition procedures when shipping multiple NSNs in a container. Proposed improvement would be giving the same capabilities as MROs to print all 1348's in a container. Recommended Recommend to provide "print all" 1348 capability when shipping multiple NSN in a container. Mission Critical This is mission critical due to the time required to print each 1348 individually when there are multiple NSNs in a container that is being shipped. Benefits Benefits of implementing this solution would reduce the time of selecting each 1348 to print when there are multiple NSNs in a container that is being shipped. 01134	Unit Returnable Items Export	Warehouse	USMC: CSP	Removed	Description Currently the DW FORM 05UA (Unit Returnable Items Export) generates the end items and the components of that end item on the report. To help streamline and for reconciliation processes the Unit Returnable Items Export needs to list End Items only eliminating the listing of components. Current and future examples attached. Recommended Recommending all components be removed from the DW FORM 05UA (Unit Returnable Items Export). Mission Critical This mission is critical to eliminate unnecessary data on report, to be more efficient to work with the report and to save printing resources. Benefits Reduced the time of locating desired data, Improves accuracy during the reconciliation process, reduces printing cost due to less number of pages needed for report. 01133	Return Transaction Data Extract	Warehouse	USMC: CSP	Removed	Description All return transactions for the CSP enterprise can not be retrieved accurately for reporting return totals. Cartesian product error found in data exported from Inquiries > Unit Issue Activity > ICNs Issued/Returned view. See attached for more details. Recommended Recommend a monthly data extract of the CSP enterprise return transactions to be provided. This would include all individual and unit issue transactions that occurred within the month.
