Unlike submitted Support help tickets, System Change Requests (SCR's) can only be submitted through your organization's appointed and authorized ELMS CCB member representatives, or otherwise if no CCB representatives have yet been appointed, your Primary Information Owner appointee. 01085	Multiwarehouse Individual Issue	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	New	Description We preload issues in order to speed up issue times for aircrews. We also have multiple warehouses that may start an issue at the same time for the same member. for instance a member is going on a flight, he needs a chem from one warehosue and a weapon from another on hte same base. these would both be started before the member got there Recommended make it possible to have an issue open in more than one warehouse at the same time. Mission Critical highly important. aircrews have compressed preflight schedules and literally every second saved counts. Benefits reduced time for issue. 01084	QC button disappear	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Removed	Description It is difficult to tell what has been QCd. The QC button stays on everything. Recommended make the QC button disappear if an inspection has a QC assigned or completed. If it is canceled make the button reappear. Do not make the button show up on QC insp types. 01082	QC major and corrective action	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Removed	Description QC discrepancies grid - we do not have a check box to differentiate between a MAJOR and a minor discrepancy. in addition, we have to add extra discrepancy lines in order to input corrective action. Recommended add column to the discrepancy that has check boxes and column header "Major" In addition, add a column that is editable by anyone performing the inspection "corrective action". on the QC Summary report add a category of "Major discrepancies" add a "major" column on the discrepancy report. see attachment Mission Critical critical. 01081	QC save results clicks	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Removed	Description QC/Inspection: when I click "save inspection results" I have to then click cancel to get the window closed. not only is this an extra step, it is confusing because people are afraid they will cancel what they just did. 01080	QC check select for insp	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Done	Description We have inspections of life preservers where we sign of 100 items at a time. we are only required to QC 10%. we have to click remove on 90 life preservers when we edit the QC before completion. Recommended instead of waiting until all of the items have been added give us a selection check box at QC creation.
