Unlike submitted Support help tickets, System Change Requests (SCR's) can only be submitted through your organization's appointed and authorized ELMS CCB member representatives, or otherwise if no CCB representatives have yet been appointed, your Primary Information Owner appointee. 00901	Destination Other Address	PA	DPAS-C	New	The DN-Destination Other Address type is different between the PA and M&U modules. The M&U module requires a DoDAAC be entered rather than either a CAGE Cd or a DoDAAC. Recommended solution:?Make the two pages the same allowing for either a CAGE Cd or a DoDAAC to be entered.
00900	NSN Inquiry	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Removed	Description The Inventory, Stock Nbr Inventory Inquiry does not go down to the Facility level. We do not have visibility to effectively distribute funds or stock to units without creating multiple Warehouses at sites. This leads to individuals entering data in error if they are not vigilant in verifying what Warehouse they are in before logging data. Recommended Drill deeper with Stock Nbr Inventory, to include Facilities in the Enterprise roll up. Mission Critical Highly desired. This eliminates the need for multiple Warehouses at sites, reduces erroneousness data entry, and reduces the volume of Warehouses on higher level access personnel's list display. Benefits Reduces time finding a Warehouse, and changing Warehouses. Improves accuracy reducing data being put in the wrong Warehouse by limiting Warehouses users have access to. 00899	Scanner Configuration	Warehouse	Air Force	Removed	Currently we scan information in numerous fields when Receiving items. Also, we scan DPAS labels in search grids that do not have the "scan here" block. This requires two different scanner configurations in order to work. The carriage return causes the screen to try to advance before all the data has been loaded. Recommended solution:?Make all your search processes accept scans with one scanner configuration.
00898	CBRNE - Report Manager Snapshot	Warehouse	Air Force	New	Report Manager - In the event of an aircraft accident we need a method at the Region level to take a snapshot of a Warehouse inventory, as well as all it's current and historical inspection "QC" data. Recommended solution:?Add an unalterable, date and time stamped report named "site snapshot". The report needs to contain a list of the Warehouses in a selected Site, the inventory in those Warehouses with all the same information available that is in Inventory Update Manager, "QC" inspections associated with those items (current and historical), and personnel in the Warehouse.
00897	Condition Cd "T"	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Done	Description We have training equipment and require a Condition Code to designate that equipment as such. Recommended Add Condition Code "T" Serviceable training use only. Mission Critical Highly important. Benefits Ensures there is no confusion as to the status of this equipment. Users All AFERMS users. 00896	Service Shelf Life	Warehouse	Air Force	Removed	Shelf and Service Life items are good until the last day of the month which does not reflect in the system. Recommended solution:?Adjust Expiration Dates of Service and Shelf Life to the last day of the month.
00895	LIN/TAMCN Description		Air Force	Removed	On the WM-Material Mgmt, Set Kit Outfit (SKO), Serial Update, Update Serial Kit grid, there is no description of the LIN/TAMCN. LIN/TAMCN means nothing to the user. They have to click update on each item to figure out what they are. Recommended solution:?Add the LIN/TAMCN description in the Description field in the SKO Serial Update results grid.
00894	CBRNE - Individual Return	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Done	Description Material Mgmt, Individual, Return - NVGs get returned by placing them in a locker or drop box. The member is not present when the item is returned and we need a way to return the item. Currently you can't perform a Return without scanning the Member's CAC or knowing the Member's name. Recommended A Return should be generated automatically when an Issue occurs. You should be able to find the Return by two additional means: - Scanning the ICN, - Scanning the issue receipt. Mission Critical Critical. We issue items to a crew member and they return them in a drop box. They are not present when items are returned in the system. Also we issue kits for a crew to a crew member and they are not always the member who returns them. Benefits We will be able to return items we issue. Users All AFERMS users, probably more. 00893	ICN Label Print Button	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Removed	Description Currently there is no logical way to print ICN Labels except at the time of receipt. New Users must be repeatedly shown where to find ICN Label buttons. Recommended Add ICN Label print button on the Material Mgmt, Inventory Update, ICN Results grid. Mission Critical Highly important: Users find it very difficult to figure out where to print the ICN labels. Most go here, because it is a logical place to have it, and wind up empty handed. 00892	Quick Individual Issue	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Done	Description There is no method to quickly issue an item to a member. It has to be on a MIL and that MIL has to be assigned to the UIC of the member. Then an issue job has to be created, and so forth. We are fast paced and need flexibility to issue whatever a crew member needs, and we need to issue it fast. Anything that adds time to a crew members preflight will not be tolerated by our flying squadron commanders and therefore will not be utilized. Recommended Under Material Mgmt, Individual Issue add category: Quick Issue. Provide a block to scan a CAC card that brings up the member and generates an Issue Document automatically bringing you to the attached screen shot. Scan the item and the item is added to results grid below. No two ICNs are alike so there should not be a need to select NSN first, this wastes more time. No member signature requirement. the fact that they gave you their CAC is acknowledgment of receipt. Ensure that you can only issue in this method if there is an actual EDPI and the member's CAC is scanned. Mission Critical Critical. We cannot use the process for daily issues in it's current state. We will be forced to continue using manually signed logs in the interest of time savings. Benefits Increased accuracy in document control. Time savings. Users All AFERMS possibly other users.
