Unlike submitted Support help tickets, System Change Requests (SCR's) can only be submitted through your organization's appointed and authorized ELMS CCB member representatives, or otherwise if no CCB representatives have yet been appointed, your Primary Information Owner appointee. 00470	Disassociate a component from its next higher assembly	PA	MDA	New	Allow a component to be disassociated from its next higher assembly or the end item. Recommended solution: Implement the capability in DPAS to disassociate a component from its next higher assembly or the end item. The component will remain on the same hand receipt. It can be easily disassociated with next higher assembly and have costs embedded and automatically updated. Also, would like the capability for a component without a higher assembly assignment to be assigned to the next higher assembly while currently unassigned and on same hand receipt. The unassigned component can be easily assigned, and can have embedded costs automatically updated. 00469	Component Transfer WI Same Customer Nbr	PA	DFAS Columbus	New	If you have two end items assigned to one Custodian and the end items have components, there is no way to transfer one of those components to another end item. If the end items are against different Custodians, UICs, or Site Ids it works fine, but if the end items are on the same Custodian, the transfer process will not allow it; you get the message that ?Proposed change matches current record?. Recommended solution: Need to add the functionality to be able to transfer a component to another end item on the same Custodian Nbr. 00463	Accounting Transaction Agency Extract - add action cd and action type cd	PA	DFAS Columbus	New	One requirement of the DFAS Financial Audit is a report to identify all the DPAS ?True? Deletion capital records. Currently the Accounting Transaction Agency Extract, Agency Pre-Defined, Inquiries is pulled and saved to a monthly report. From this report all accounting transactions are pulled by the Accounting Report Nbr onto one spreadsheet so a manual process can be done to determine if the record is a true deletion (i.e., turn in or transfer out), a new addition with a transfer from 5L2C UIC to 5L2P UIC or if the action is an internal transfer from one database to another. Recommended solution: Request the Action Cd and the Action Type Cd be added to the Accounting Transaction Agency Extract, Agency Pre-Defined, Inquiries. These codes would identify the true deletion records such as, disposal records. Customer priority: 3
00462	PBO Generated Decrease Actions Report	PA	DFAS Columbus	New	DPAS Increase Decrease Actions Report does not allow report to be generated by the Property Custodian Nbr. Only the Start Dt, End Dt, Accountable UIC or UIC are available to schedule the report. The Accountable UIC or UIC report contains far to many transactions to be of use when several databases are making DPAS changes or adjustments. Recommended solution: Recommend Increase Decrease Actions Report (WPHRR06R) be made available by Property Custodian Nbr and a specific date. 00461	Authorization Report Formatting	PA	DFAS Columbus	New	Report WPAUR01R does not show the headers as the report is viewed. When there is more than one page of authorizations, the headers are lost and the report becomes unclear, or difficult to understand. This is generated from Remedy ticket AR 79326. Recommended solution:?For clarity in report wpaur01r, modify the page setting to include the column header (rows $1 - $13) on each page instead of only the report header. Rows ($1 - $10)
