Description:
UDC requires the ability to maintain multiple open pick lists for a single Individual Issue profile within ELMS. While the Unit Issue process currently supports multiple open pick lists, it does not meet UDC operational requirements because UDC uniform items require a 1% tariff to be applied, and tariff functionality is only available through the Individual Issue process. As a result, UDC is requesting enhancement of the Individual Issue process to support multiple concurrent open pick lists for a single profile.

The preferred solution is to enhance the Individual Issue process to allow multiple concurrent open pick lists for a single profile. This approach enables UDC to continue leveraging the existing tariff functionality required for uniform items while improving operational efficiency and reducing the need for workaround processes or creation of duplicate member profiles.
