An individual with access to processes that interact with the ELMS Warehouse Management module, which are typically considered upper-level processes and are not usually granted to individuals who do not already hold Officer-level roles. The user will resolve Inbound Resolution issues, create Work Plan Associations and request Maintenance Movement from the associated Warehouse.
