01961 - MU Data LIMS-EV Removals

What Changed:
Six data fields (Nuclear Restricted, Nuclear Restricted Change Reason, Mission Critical, Reimbursable Mission, Refunded, and Assorted) were nulled out in the Maintenance Asset Master View. The original fields still exist for formatting, but the data was removed from the fields. Those data fields are new Views (Nuclear Extract, Reimbursable Extract, and Equipment Master Extract).
The Originating Problem:
The six data fields were not very useful without context.
Impact:
The fields now have separate views, and have more associated data.
