Resolution: When transferring assets from PA to a WH that has an associated Warehouse ID, PA previously had no way to route the Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) transaction to the correct warehouse. To address this, a Warehouse ID field has been added to the Address and Disposition processes in PA. Users can now enter and capture the applicable Warehouse ID, which will be included in the 527D and/or 856s Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) transactions to ensure the assets are properly routed to the correct warehouse.

02193 - Create New Inventory Valuation Update Page

What Changed:
The Inventory Valuation Update page has been added to the Inventory Control Point (ICP)/Materiel Management Module. The Valuation Code field has been added within the Stock Number Add/Update/Delete (AUD) page in the ICP/Materiel Management Module.
ICP/Materiel Management Module did not have a way for users to edit/update stock item details (Valuation, Valuation Code (Cd)). Users could not add a valuation code to a new stock number within the Stock Number AUD page.

What Changed:
ELMS applications enforce user authentication to E-ICAM.
The Originating Problem:
DoW CIO SAAR Memo CIO000451-25 DCIO CS directs Department-wide implementation of automated Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) workflows for requesting, authorizing, and
provisioning access to Department of War (DoW) systems and applications.Impact:
Users logging into ELMS will be redirected to the E-ICAM IdP for authentication during the login process.

02158 - MCPIC Speed to Count - Add Attachments to Physical Inventory Headers

What Changed:
Users can now add attachments directly to Physical Inventory headers in the Warehouse module. A new Primary Attachment column displays on the Physical Inventory Search Results grid, showing which inventories have attachments at a glance. An Attachments button has been added to the toolbar, allowing users to quickly view and manage documents for any selected inventory.
The Originating Problem:
Users needed a way to attach documentation to Physical Inventory records.
Physical Inventory documentation can now be stored directly with the inventory record.
02359 - Outstanding Items Inquiry Expiration Dt
Module: Warehouse
What Changed:
Within Warehouse, the Outstanding Items Inquiry now displays the Expiration Date (Dt) column and relative asset information.
The Originating Problem:
Under Unit Issue Outstanding Items Inquiry, a column is missing: Expiration Dt. The column must be there in order to understand when an Item is going to expire in a unit issue. Currently, when an Inventory Control Number (ICN) Inquiry is run, the ICN will have the information in that inquiry, but it does not state which unit is issued that ICN. As a result, there is no way to know when the materiel is going to expire in particular Units/UICs. The Expiration Date is a required field in the report sent to Congress each month. Congress has to know which units have which ICNs and they need all the manufacturer information.
Impact:
This affects the Warehouse Module - Outstanding Items Inquiry.
