126430 Force Systems Management WPFMN09 - USAF A4/HAF: Disappearing Column Headings in FSM Review Authorization Screen
There are disappearing column headings in the Force Systems Management (FSM) Review Authorization screen.

Resolution:
All functionality will be available on the FSM Review Authorization screen. If filtering on a column doesn't bring back any results, the headings and other functionality are now still accessible. 
 
 
126904 Materiel Management LPMMN22 - Redistribution Order / Redistribution Order Finish creating duplicates_05192025
The Redistribution Order Finish is creating duplicates.

Resolution:
For Redistribution Order (RDO)/Disposal Release Order (DRO) - The Finish button now remains unavailable after the user selects it and is brought back to the search page.
 


124582 Property Accountability WPHRN51 - FH-AFHAF: Trading Basic Symbol & Subhead Fields Required But Not Editable
Trading Basic Symbol & Subhead Fields are required but not editable.

Resolution:
The issue that was preventing the Trading Basic Symbol and Subhead fields from being editable is corrected. 
125473 Warehouse LPWHN19 - Warehouse Receiving / WM Receipt/Misc Add error causing duplicate transactions
There are errors when receiving and completing receipt.

Resolution:
The error that caused duplicate transactions is resolved.
127373 Warehouse LPWHN35 - Material Release Order / Unable to ‘Deny’ MRO in WM (USMC: DMC 127373)
Unable to ‘Deny’ a Material Release Order (MRO) in Warehouse Management (WM).

Resolution:
MRO Denials are generated successfully, when applicable, for Redistribution Orders (RDOs).
122317 Warehouse LPWHN43 - Warehouse Transfer Add Update - NECC #1 - Warehouse Transfer/'To Warehouse' dropdown auto sense not working properly
The "To Warehouse" field times out.

Resolution:
The "To Warehouse" field in Warehouse Transfer now returns values properly when record count exceeds 500.
125370 Warehouse LPWHN56 - Quality Control Mgmt - LPWHN88 - Inspection / Purpose Cd in Inspection (USMC DMC 125370)
There is a validation error on completion.

Resolution:
A duplicate Stock Number/Serial Number validation, which occurs in the QC/QA/Inspection when a Sets Kits Outfits (SKO) Catalog record is flagged to use "Comp of Kit", is corrected. 
127535 Warehouse LPWHN56 - Quality Control Mgmt / Completed Work Order not generating a QC Inspection Request in the WM_06042025
The completed Work Order is not generating a Quality Control (QC) Inspection Request in the WM_06042025.

Resolution:
The issue, which prevented a Quality Control (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA)/Inspection record from being generated, is resolved.

02007 - Catalog Update Job - Management Code Update / Validation Removal

What Changed:
The updates to Management Code coming from the external catalogs are now no longer being applied to the local ELMS catalogs.
No User Interface (UI) updates are tied to this feature.

The Originating Problem:
ELMS processes updates from external catalogs (Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP)/Army Enterprise Materiel Master (AEMM) and Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)) daily, however, there are many instances where these updates are not applied to the local user catalogs due to the updates impact on inventory assets. When any updates to these fields are detected, the update fails and the updated record remains in DPAS_FED_LOG. The most common field preventing updates is Management Code. To prevent the failures, both the validation checking updates to Management Code and the update itself has been removed from the Catalog Update job. Eventually, ELMS intends to include a remediation process where inventory affecting changes from the external catalogs can be approved and queued by users.

Impact:
Updates to Management Code coming from the external catalogs are now no longer being applied to the local ELMS catalogs.
The exclusion of this field from the update process means many records previously marked as invalid for update will now be applied to the system. ELMS is now experiencing less validation errors from the catalog update jobs insuring greater data integrity and consistency between ELMS and the external sources of truth.

Maintenance

01956 - Adjust all maint schedules to utilize the due date column

What Changed:
 
 
Asset Assignment now has a Due Date (Dt) column for all Maintenance Schedule types. The Due Date is set on Add and when a Work Order is updated. It is not editable.

The Originating Problem:
The Next Maintenance Date can be changed and there is no record of when an item is actually due.

Impact:
The user can now tell whether an asset is overdue for maintenance.

What Changed:
Form DD 1150 was replaced with the latest version.

The Originating Problem:
DPAS is currently using an old version of the DD1150 Form - Request for Issue/Transfer/Turn-In.

Impact:
DPAS Property Accountability (PA) will meet all audit requirements for the use of the new version of Form DD1150.
