Resolution:
Error messages displayed in the Stock Number Add/Update/Delete (AUD) process now display correctly without covering other User Interface (UI) elements.
131755 Maintenance WPHRI08 - VSCOS: Add Advana extract for work order detail labor & work plan assoc
Add Advana extract for Work Order Detail Labor.

Resolution:
Created an extract for table (mu.maint). 
134535, 135456 Maintenance WPMAN12 - Work Order AU - Sub Work Order directly to FMC from NMCS.
Subordinate (Sub) Work Order set directly to Fully Mission Capable (FMC) from Not Mission Capable - Supply (NMCS).

Resolution:
This release introduces new validation rules to ensure accuracy and integrity when setting sub work orders to FMC when the NMC status is set to NMCS/PMCS. Sub Work Orders will not be able to be set to FMC when the NMC status is in a Supply status of any sort. 
134531 Maintenance WPMAN12 - Work Order AU - work order allowed close with parts on order
Work Order is allowed to close with parts on order.

Resolution:
This work item introduces new validation rules to ensure accuracy and integrity when closing sub work orders with manual parts on order with mismatched consumed and required quantities. Additionally, this validation will also populate when a sub work order has active requisition parts on order. 
131508 Maintenance WPSEN01 - DPAS HOME / Maintenance Program is duplicated in Master Data menu options (USMC 131508)
The Maintenance Program is duplicated in the main menu selector for Master Data.

Resolution:
The second occurrence is no longer visible. 
132525 Materiel Management LPMMN15 - DLMS Transaction Inquiry - ICP Outbound messages visible to all users
The Inventory Control Point (ICP) Outbound messages are visible to all users.

Resolution:
Outbound messages are visible to the applicable ICP. Messages sent to one Contractor Inventory Control Point (CICP) will not be visible by all. Messages only appear when sent to their Source of Supply (SOS) code. Not all messages will appear from the F00. 
 
 
138310 Materiel Management LPMMN22 - Redistribution Order - USMC POP - Filter MRO Criteria by Purpose Code
Redistribution Order (RDO) Creation is not validating on Purpose Code.

Resolution:
The Purpose Code is not a required field, but when used, it only displays inventory records matching the condition and purpose code combination. If no inventory record exists with purpose code, display the appropriate error indicating there is no inventory record for the purpose code selected.
129918 Materiel Management LPMMQ01 - Inventory Quantity does not match available serial numbers and ICP Inventory Inquiry showing incorrect Available Qty 073125 (USMC 129918)
Control Point (CP) Inventory Inquiry has to match the Warehouse Inventory totals.

Resolution:
Control Point (CP) Inventory counts now match associated Serial Numbers.
 
Inventory Control Point (ICP) Inventory Remote Storage Activity (RSA) counts now match their ELMS managed RSAs.
This specific case is addressing the creation of a new feature flag 'Use Warehouse Tables for ELMS RSA Inventory'. When enabled, the ICP inventory inquiry screen displays the WH inventory. When disabled, the inventory inquiry screen utilizes the ICP Inventory Header and Detail tables.
 
125269 Property Accountability WPHRN52 - Asset Transfer custodian - 1348 document has serial nbr on it three times and quantity of 3 for single asset.
There is an incorrect quantity on the generated 1348 Form.

Resolution:
The issue that allowed a 1348 Form to be generated showing incorrect quantities is fixed. 
134557 Property Accountability WPUTN25 - Batch Activity Review - DFAS / User gets 83 when running batch activity review search.
There is a Depreciation/Batch Activity Review 83 error issue.

Resolution:
The issue causing the 83 error in Batch Activity Review is fixed.
138318 Property Accountability WPUTN44 - Help Desk Support - DCSA / ServiceNow API Calls failing due to username change
The ServiceNow Application Programming Interface (API) Calls are failing due to username change.

Resolution:
The ServiceNow API is now accessible and no longer failing.
128610 Warehouse LPCTN06 - SKO Catalog (AUD) - AFERMS Priority #3 / Warehouse Technician Role - SKO Catalog Access Denied Screen
When someone with the Warehouse Technician role tries to view the Sets Kits Outfits (SKO) Summary page to see components by clicking on the blue Stock Number hyperlink, they are taken to an access denied screen.

Resolution:
Users with read-only access to the SKO Catalog will not be able to edit/update the SKO Stock Number data.

01172 - SOLMAN Catalog Interface

What Changed:
 
 
The Special Operations Logistics Management System (SOLMAN) team of Special Operations Command (SOCOM) provides a custom eXtensible Markup Language (XML) schema which ELMS receives via Global Exchange Service (GEX) and processes through a new catalog update job matching closely to existing Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) functionality. 
The Stock and Manufacturer Part number data is staged, validated for data correctness, and validated against ELMS business rules. 
Successful records are available for cataloging through the External Stock number browse for the logistics programs configured for the SOLMAN catalog, and then catalogers are able to add or realign stock through the Stock Number AUD process.

The Originating Problem:
USSOCOM maintains unique Catalog and Authorization data in the SOLMAN application. With USSOCOM transitioning their Logistics Property Accountability and Warehouse operations to ELMS, there is a requirement to have this information available within ELMS to support these functions.  

Impact:
This affects the catalog division of the SOCOM Agency.

02022 - WPMAN20 - Contract AUD - Contract Stock Numbers Export

The Associated Stock Number grid now has export capabilities.

The Originating Problem:
There is an inability to export stock number listings associated to the contract. 

Impact:
The export can be done in Excel, CSV, and PDF formats.

02132 - LPMMN14 - Intransit Review - Update UI to display Serial Numbers

What Changed:
 
The Intransit Review screen now includes a serial number search capability, the ability to see the serial numbers on the in-transit, and the ability to select serial numbers at confirmation time. The user can also add Key Supporting Documentation (KSD)'s to each confirmation. If there is a discrepancy between what is confirmed and what was shipped, the user now has a stage code of DS - Discrepant Shipment to aid in categorizing the Intransits.
  1. New Serial Numbers column in the Intransit Grid.
  2. Serial Numbers column is now a link that shows the confirmation status at one glance.

The Originating Problem:
The current ELMS processes do not provide the end user with serial number detail within the In-Transit Review process to search for and close intransit shipments with an approval process. When documents are sent to an outside entity that cannot reply transactionally to confirm the  receipt of a shipment, it is the responsibility of the Inventory Manager, when the Material Management (ICP) module is being utilized, to close out the intransit record once the Key Supporting Document (KSD) is supplied. The in-transit review process will need to have serial number detail to facilitate the processing and closeout of shipments. Serial number level details are specifically needed for instances where the confirmation quantity does not match the shipment information (Either with KSD or Responses that are short).

Impact:
No functionality was removed - the Intransit Review Functionality has simply been enhanced with serial number specific information.

02163 - WPUTN47 - Data Import Utility 2

What Changed:
 
Uploads are able to be retried with new excel sheets. Users can also upload two spreadsheets at the same time and upload the Date of Last Inventory (DOLI) and the Storage Bin.

The Originating Problem:
Enhancements are included to the initial Data Import Utility.

Impact:
Users can successfully upload new excel sheets when retrying and can upload two spreadsheets, as well DOLI and Storage Bin.

Property Accountability

02203 - Add US Space Force to Interface with FAMIS-AW

Module: Property Accountability
What Changed:
 
The United States Air Force (USAF) now has access to the Financial and Accounting Management Information System (FAMIS) Interface to create appropriations and send accounting transactions over the interface.

The Originating Problem:
The USSF (United States Space Force) has transitioned to FAMIS for their Working Capital Fund (WCF) and needs association to the interface to send accounting transactions and capital asset data to the FAMIS system.

Impact:
Space Force can now associate new and existing assets to the FAMIS Interface through Property Accountability. No other organizations should be impacted by this change.
