118615 Maintenance WPACN28 - VSCOS: FAST Report providing inconsistent or inaccurate data for FY24/25
The Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST) Reports are providing inconsistent or inaccurate data for FY24/25.

Resolution:
Annual FAST Reports now reflect only the selected fiscal year. Validation of Accident and Maintenance Cost, Disposal Date, and Disposal Reason is now reliable, as well as Asset-Level comparisons using FAST Report and Work Order History. Limitations in inquiry filtering are documented.
113201 Maintenance WPGLX01 - DTRA: FAST Report FY2024 Fuel Report issue
The FY2024 Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST) Fuel Report is not calculating properly.

Resolution:
 
 
 
 
Restored Fuel Data visibility in the FAST Report, and Maintenance Cost reporting is now consistent across FAST Report and Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) Maintenance and Utilization (M&U). Incorrect indirect cost entries are removed, removing the need for manual cross-checking.
 
129455 Maintenance WPMAN44 - Maintenance Schedule Prefix AUD-VSCOS: Request to allow special chars in Maint Sched Prefix
There is a request to allow special characters in the Maintenance Schedule Prefix.

Resolution:
Adding Maintenance Schedule Prefix Special Characters and new Maintenance Schedules with Special Characters are now available. 
108997 Maintenance WPMAQ13 - AvSE Priority #1: WO Inquiry not pulling in all Sub WO results - Copy
Work Order Inquiry is not pulling in all of the Subordinate Work Order results.

Resolution:
The time is trimmed from the timestamp on the search query so that items created after midnight on the "Estbd Dt To" is included in the search results. 
130879 Materiel Management LPGLM25 - DLMS 527R TH Transactions Failing
There are failing DLMS 527R TH Transactions.

Resolution:
527R transactions can now be sent with no date and time with 6 characters.
128415 Materiel Management LPGLM25 - USSOCOM: ICP SOFATL/H92180 DLMS 527R/GCSS-Army issue
Accessing Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) Reject Transaction Review is not able to see the error.

Resolution:
There was a 527R Receipt Transaction that failed to process, due to an interrupted database connection. This is now resolved.
128996 Materiel Management LPMCN01 - Inventory Control Point AUD / Unable to delete External RSA in Production (USMC 128996)
Unable to delete External Remote Storage Activity (RSA) in Production.

Resolution:
It is now possible to link or delete External RSAs and change Managed Department of Defense Activity Address Codes (DoDAACs).
128532 Materiel Management LPMMN02 - Requisitions - MILSTRIP - AFA4: Cancelled Requisitions staying in the SC state and not going to CN Cancelled state
Cancelled Requisitions are staying in the Source of Supply Cancellation Requested (SC) state and not going to the Cancelled (CN) state.

Resolution:
A Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) 869C is now sent when a Requisition with a Warehouse Replenishment Key is cancelled.
 
129549 Materiel Management LPMMN21 - Customer Requisition Management / Asset delay for Requisition when added to ICP (USMC 129549)
There is an asset delay for Requisition when added to the Inventory Control Point (ICP).

Resolution:
The Serial Number no longer displays where inappropriate.
129153 Materiel Management LPMMQ01 - Inventory Inquiry / Established Date_Time and Last Update_Time in ICP not recording correctly (USMC 129153)
The Established Date and Time and the Last Update Time fields in the Inventory Control Point (ICP) are not recording correctly.

Resolution:
The Established and Last Update Time fields are fixed. 
129178 Materiel Management LPMMQ01 - Inventory Inquiry / My Queries not working in the ICP Inventory Inquiry (USMC 129178)
My Queries is not working in the Inventory Control Point (ICP) Inventory Inquiry.

Resolution:
Creating individual criteria-based queries and saving them as a default is now available.
131165 Materiel Management LPRMN01 - Requisition - Remove Leading/Trailing Space from Manual Document Numbers
Remove Leading/Trailing Space from Manual Document Numbers.

Resolution:
Remove all leading and trailing spaces for a specified Document Number and verify that a Document Number cannot exceed 14 characters.
124245 Property Accountability WCGLX14 - CIP UPDATE COMMON FUNCTION-CIP extract cuts off task cd field at 14 characters but DPAS allows up to 25 character entry for it
The Task Code values are being cut off on the Construction In Progress (CIP) Extract/Interface files.

Resolution:
The CIP Extract now shows the full 25 characters for the Task Code field.
128198 Property Accountability WPHRN64 - Generate DD1150 Request for Issue or Turn In-Columns 6 and 7 on the DD1150 form do not fill in from the assets manufacturer entry
Fields 6 and 7, the New Manufacturer/Model blocks on the DD1150 form, are not populating correctly.

Resolution:
Fields 6 and 7 are now auto populating on DD1150 properly.
125139, 114548, 116407 Property Accountability WPHRR44 - Custodian Asset Authorization Report-Serial numbers showing up multiple times on sub hand receipt report
There are Serial Numbers duplicating on the Sub-Hand Receipt.

Resolution:
Duplicate Serial Numbers no longer appear on the Sub-Hand Receipt Report.
130865 Property Accountability WPUTN46 - UIC Realignment - Update icp.client_rsa in realignment SPs
The United States Air Force (USAF) embeds the Unit Identification Code (UIC) name in the Remote Storage Activity (RSA) Name in the Materiel Management/Inventory Control Point (MM/ICP) module.

Resolution:
Realigning a UIC triggers changing the Requisition RSA Name to include the embedded UIC.

 

128357 Warehouse LPWHI05 - Master Data Repository Data Extract-USMC - Follow-up: MDR DPAS INV ACT Files
A file received from the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) is erroring due to an incorrect character.

Resolution:
The Purpose Code was being displayed incorrectly in the Master Data Repository (MDR) Inventory Change History Extract, and is now resolved. 
128486 Warehouse LPWHN19 - Warehouse Receiving / System is creating hard allocation at receipt for assets that are not being received on Receiving Location (USMC 128486)
Hard allocations are created at the receipt for assets that are not being received at the Receiving Location.

Resolution:
The Receipt-Stow Pick Request is only generated when Location Type = '1 - Receiving'.
126270 Warehouse LPWHN35 - Material Release Order / "Send to MU" check box should not display on MRO if no Maint Activity is set on Warehouse AUD (USMC 126270)
There is a "Requires M&U" checkbox on the Materiel Release Order (MRO) screen that does not belong there.

Resolution:
The Maintenance and Utilization (M&U) checkbox "Requires M&U" no longer appears in the MRO screen when a Maintenance Activity is not selected for the Warehouse.
130260 Warehouse LPWHN35 - Materiel Release Order / AS3s being generated erroneously on documents (USMC 130260)
A Document Identified Code (DIC) AS3 transaction is being generated erroneously.

Resolution:
Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) is discontinuing sending the Distribution Code 9 in the Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) 945A in response to the release of a Materiel Release Order (MRO).
126631 Warehouse LPWHN35 - Materiel Release Order / QC checkbox defaulted to selected, should be unselected (USMC 126631)
The Materiel Release Order (MRO) / Quality Control (QC) "Requires M&U" checkbox defaults to selected.

Resolution:
The MRO QC checkbox now behaves correctly based on the options selected in Master Data Management for Warehouse.
128078 Warehouse LPWHQ33 - Inventory Activity Inquiry / Inventory Activity Change Source issue (USMC 128078)
The Source Issue is showing incorrectly.

Resolution:
Inventory Activity now shows the correct change source and reason code after conducting a receipt via spreadsheet upload.

02035 - Stock Nbr Browse Upgrades

Module: Maintenance
What Changed:
 
Improved Stock Number searching for a Stock Number not in the catalog associated to their Maintenance Activity for Maintenance and Utilization (M&U) Requisition. 

The Originating Problem:
Searching for and finding Stock Numbers that are not in the catalog associated to the login tier was needed.
 
Impact:
No impact to the users until later this year.

01669 - Updates in Materiel Mgmt to support a Warehouse Project Code

Module: Materiel Management
What Changed:
 
 
The Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) needs to account for two Project Codes. One used for the Requisition and one for the Warehouse Inventory.

The Originating Problem:
Utilizing the Project Code in the Requisition requires the creation of a clear delineation between the Requisition and Warehouse Inventory Project Codes, which are used for different purposes.

Impact:
No impact to the users.

Property Accountability

01990 - Additional Trading Partner Fields for DAI

Module: Property Accountability
What Changed:
 
The Trading Dept Code (Cd), Trading Basic Symbol, and Trading Subhead are now required for transactions involving a transfer action (In Receiving, Disposition, and Transfers).

The Originating Problem:
Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) was not requiring the sending of various trading fields which caused discrepancies in the Defense Accounting Interface (DAI).

Impact:
Fields are now required that were not previously. 

02126 - Mass Appropriation Update to Include GAFS-R

Module: Property Accountability
What Changed:
 
 
Mass Appropriation Update now allows changes between AG (General Accounting and Finance System - Re-engineered (GAFS-R)) and AY (No Automated Interface) Fund Codes. 

The Originating Problem:
Previously, the updates were only allowed to occur between the same interface system code. This is an intentional design choice, but GAFS-R has no cost elements required that would require manual intervention on assets.

Impact:
GAFS-R Fund Codes are selectable if moving from a fund code with no interface, or vice versa.

Warehouse

01669 - Updates in Warehouse Mgmt to support a Warehouse Project Code

01900 - WM to MU Interface / Implement service to Quality Control

Module: Warehouse
 
What Changed:
Work Orders can now be created using a generic work plan when no specific plan is associated with the current configuration, which automatically handle Work Order creation failures, preventing stuck Materiel Release Orders (MROs) and Quality Controls (QCs). A notes data field is also added to enter and exchange notes between teams. 
 
Special instructions for both MRO and QC now populate the Work Order special instructions box, and has been expanded to support longer entries.
 
Rejected QC Work Orders can now be reopened, with a new sub-work order automatically populated with special instructions.
 
 
 
 
The Originating Problem:
Work Orders previously failed to generate when no work plan was associated with a configuration, causing delays and manual workarounds, which led to stuck MROs and QCs, requiring manual intervention. A lack of a notes field limited communication between stakeholders. 
Special instructions for MRO and QC were not consistently captured or visible in the Work Order (WO), and the fields were too small, leading to truncated or missing information.
 
Condition Codes were not being returned to QC, impacting quality tracking and resolution.
 
No streamlined method existed to reopen rejected QC Work Orders, resulting in inefficiencies and missed context.
 
 
 
 
Impact:
Work Orders can be created even when a specific work plan is missing, improving flexibility and reducing delays, while failed Work Order creations are automatically reprocessed, minimizing stuck records and manual fixes. Also, communication is more effective using the new notes field.
 
Special instructions are now clearly visible in the WO, improving compliance and operational clarity, and can enter more detailed instructions, thanks to the expanded field.
 
Reopening rejected QC Work Orders is now streamlined, with special instructions automatically carried forward.
