01954, 01955 - NMC Reports and Inquires - NMC/PMC Changes
Module: Maintenance
What Changed:
Non Mission Capable (NMC) has been re-vamped to show the Mission Capable (MC) Status on multiple sub work orders on multiple work orders. The Partially Mission Capable (PMC) statuses have been added as optional. All of the columns are updated to reflect these changes.
The Originating Problem:
NMC changed from one Work Order to multiple Work Orders and Sub Work Orders.
Impact:
There is now more accurate NMC status data available.
01954, 01955 - WPMAN10 - Maintenance Asset Master - NMC/PMC changes
Module: Maintenance
What Changed:
Non Mission Capable (NMC) status is now visible on the Maintenance Asset Master (MAM) record in the Mission Capable (MC) Status panel. The breakdown of time spent in each condition since last time asset was Fully Mission Capable (FMC).
The Originating Problem:
There were multiple sub work orders with differing MC conditions. It served to show the roll-up of conditions at the asset level.
Impact:
There is now visibility of the current NMC status of the asset.
01954, 01955 - WPMAN12 - Work Order - NMC/PMC Changes
Module: Maintenance
What Changed:
The Non Mission Capable (NMC) functionality has moved from the Work Order Header to the sub-work order. This allows having more than one NMC work order open at the same time. PMC (Partially Mission Capable) is now an option that can be turned on or off at the Maintenance Program.
The Originating Problem:
Allowing only one Work Order at the header level did not reflect reality. Assets can have multiple work orders causing an NMC condition. Those work orders may only have one or two sub-work orders causing the condition. Sometimes assets are in a degraded state that allows them to perform some, but not all missions. The PMC status accounts for this.
Impact:
More accurate records of mission capable statuses for reporting up the chain of command.
Materiel Management
02118 - MM Inbound DLMS 856/945 to store Carrier Information
Module: Materiel Management
What Changed:
The Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) 856S transaction is updated to pass the carrier information from the DLMS 945A transaction.
The Originating Problem:
In the Warehouse Management module (WM), when tracking shipments, the DLMS 945A and 856S transactions are generated and the N1 (Name) Entity Identifier Code of CA (Carrier) needs to be added to the transactions. This is to identify which type of carrier a shipment has been assigned.
Impact:
Carrier Information is now included in the Shipment Status.
02151 - LPMMN22 - Redistribution Order - Update RDO Processing
Module: Materiel Management
What Changed:
ELMS only generates the Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) 527D at the same time as the DLMS 940R is generated and not before.
When entering a Redistribution Order (RDO), if a condition code is selected that has no on-hand inventory, an alert to the inventory manager is displayed so they could select another condition code.
When an RDO is completed, the grid returns. The system goes directly to the Materiel Release Order (MRO) entry screen, the same as Customer Requisition.
In the MRO selection grid, the inventory only shows the condition code selected in the RDO Process.

The process of incorrectly selecting and displaying data has the Inventory Manager selecting invalid data, resulting in inventory mismatches and transactional denials. This created unnecessary denials leading to inventory requests.
Impact:
RDO does a hard (permanent) stop if a condition code is selected that does not match any inventory in the system.
Warehouse
01259 and 01729 - Capital Asset Accounting / WM Receiving (misc add) modifications
Module: Warehouse
What Changed:
"MAB - Accounting Error" and "MAD - Purpose Change" are removed from the Miscellaneous Add in the ELMS Warehouse Module (WM) Receiving Process. Also the Document Unit Price is now on the outbound Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) 947I.
The Originating Problem:
Remove MAB and MAD options from the Warehouse Receiving / Miscellaneous Add menu.
For the 947I transactions that is adding new assets, it needs the WM DLMS Outbound transaction to contain the Unit Cost to the transaction, and needs to be populated with the value entered in the screen, not the catalog unit cost.
Impact:
MAB and MAD are removed from the Miscellaneous Add in the WM Receiving Process. Also the Document Unit Price is now on the outbound DLMS 947I.
02118 - WM Disposition / Include Carrier Data

What Changed:
Carrier data (CA) is now included in the generated Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) 945A and 856S transactions from the Warehouse Module (WM) Disposition process.
The Originating Problem:
CA was not included in the generated DLMS 945A and 856S transactions from the WM Disposition process.
Impact:
The DLMS 945A and 856S transactions from the Disposition process now includes the CA details.

What Changed:
Carrier data (CA) is now included in the generated Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) 945A and 856S transactions from the Warehouse Module (WM) Warehouse Transfer process.

CA was not included in the generated DLMS 945A and 856S transactions from the WM Warehouse Transfer process.

02184 - Update Member Sales Transaction Report Surcharge Visibility

What Changed:
The ELMS Warehouse Module Member Sales Review process has been updated to display the Unit Cost, Extended Cost, Surcharge, Extended Surcharge, Unit Sales Price, and Extended Sales Price.
The Originating Problem:
The current Member Sales Transaction report only displays the surcharge/tariff amount for a single item, regardless of the quantity issued. This creates inefficiency and increases the likelihood of manual calculation errors.
Impact:
The ELMS Warehouse Module Member Sales Review process now displays the Unit Cost, Extended Cost, Surcharge, Extended Surcharge, Unit Sales Price, and Extended Sales Price.
02185 - Modify the Stock Nbr Inventory Inquiry
Module: Warehouse
What Changed:
The ELMS Warehouse Module Stock Number Inventory Inquiry is updated with Search Criteria options to show only Inventory, only Due-Ins, or both Inventory and Due-Ins. The Extended Price is also added as an optional column to the Grid Options and shows the total price of inventory.
The Originating Problem:
There is a Show Due In checkbox on this report, but did not function in an ideal way. The default sort shows the inventory inquiry successfully. There is a need to run a report that shows what the cost value of “unreceived” is, based on incomplete or yet-unfinished receiving documents.
Impact:
The ELMS Warehouse Module Stock Number Inventory Inquiry is updated options to show only Inventory, only Due-Ins, or both Inventory and Due-Ins, and the Extended Price is added as an optional column.
