System Change Details
Database
02226 - ELMS Catalog Data to BLADE
Module: Database
What Changed:
The Advana feed that ELMS provides is updated to include most of the fields from the main catalog table.
The Originating Problem:
The United States Air Force (USAF) team requested more fields from the ELMS catalog to be sent over through the Advana feed.
Impact:
No impact is observable.
Materiel Management
02152 - LPMMN03 - Inventory Detail Inquiry
Module: Materiel Management
What Changed:
There is a new Inventory Detail Inquiry that displays all Inventory for the Inventory Control Point (ICP) showing additional details, including Serial Numbers and Unique Item Identifiers (UIIs).
The Originating Problem:
Line Item Number (LIN) / Table of Authorized Materiel Control Number (TAMCN), Stock Numbers, and Inventory Control Number (ICN) Reports are not available within the Materiel Management/Inventory Control Point (MM/ICP) module. The Warehouse Module ICN enterprise view is duplicated and modified into the MM/ICP module. Material Managers need the ability to select a National Stock Number (NSN) and/or Serial Number. The return results displays a complete enterprise view of all specified required information. Returned selection should have at a minimum, the following key elements. TAMCN, NSN, Warehouse Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC), Condition Code, Purpose Code, Available to Issue, Type Allocated, In Maintenance Quantity, Intransit Quantity, Quantity in an Exception Status, and Due In Quantity.
Impact:
This new Inquiry gives the ability to see additional detail to the Inventory Inquiry function.
Property Accountability
01778 - Add Site ID to Maint Mgmt Assign Screen
Module: Property Accountability
What Changed:
Site ID is now a selectable field to filter on when searching for or creating a connection to a Maintenance Activity from the PA module.
The Originating Problem:
When associating a Maintenance Group to a Maintenance Activity via the PA Maintenance Management Assignment page, it is confusing if multiple Maintenance Activities are named the same across different sites.
Impact:
It is now possible to filter for a Maintenance Activity by Site ID, rather than a large list of all the maintenance activities. This makes the process clearer.
02087 - Add Purpose Code / Asset Visibility Interface
Module: Property Accountability
What Changed:
The Originating Problem:
ELMS does not currently support segregating materiel in its ICP or Warehouse applications by Purpose Code.
Impact:
The Purpose Code field is added to the output data file.
Warehouse
02040 - SKO Update / Kit Update Page
Module: Warehouse
02040 - SKO Update / Kit Update Page
What Changed:
This feature introduces several enhancements to the Sets Kits Outfits (SKO) Management page, improves visibility into kit details, allows data export, and helps to quickly identify components that require attention.
Export SKO Data: The ability to export data directly from the SKO Management Search Results grid into Excel or CSV Format is now available.
Edit Kits from SKO Management page: The ability to select a kit and edit it via the SKO Management page is now available. When the Edit button is selected, the SKO Details page appears with the ability to view and manage the kit and its components.
SKO Details: This page provides the ability to view kit details in a tree list view in the Kit Contents grid. This also allows the ability to understand the hierarchical relationship between kits and its components. Kits up to 10 layers are supported in the tree list view, and the ability to expand and collapse all levels of the kits is now available.
Component and Asset Details: The Details drawer provides the ability to see all the details regarding the component or the asset selected.
Component Details
Asset Details
Attention Indicator: An exclamation attention indicator is added inline with the components that requires attention.
Make the SKO functionality available within the Maintenance module of ELMS. The SKO screens are being upgraded in order to do that.
Impact:
The SKO Management page provides the ability to review, manage, and identify issues within a kit up to 10 layers deep on a single page. This improves efficiency and data transparency.
