Requesting and receiving a feed of ELMS Materiel Management assets via an external interface.
The Originating Problem:
There is a need to receive Materiel Management assets and provide full visibility to data owners. This is in addition to PA and WH materiel and assets.

Registry
02240 - (17) Manually Processing an In-Transit
Module: Registry
What Changed:
In-transit records can now be manually closed in the Registry module, and necessary documents and comments can be provided.
There is a need for actions to reconcile inventories that have successfully been received but for which records are still outstanding.
Impact:
The ability to manually close in-transit records improves reporting accuracy in the Registry.

02158 - MCPIC Speed Count - Physical Inventory Adjustments

What Changed:
Added the Inventory Execution Type of "EXT - External" to support the Marine Corps Pre-Positioning Information Center (MCPIC) interface based physical inventories. This Inventory Execution Type of "EXT - External" can only be conducted through the ELMS Application Programming Interface (API), and the supporting ELMS Warehouse APIs have been updated to support this Inventory Execution Type.
MARCORLOGCOM has a requirement to continue what is known as the MCPIC speed-to-count inventory process.
This process differs from the Consolidate Support Program (CSP) containerization MCPIC support interface, and uses key robotic functionality to optimize the successful execution of an inventory in a significantly reduced time frame.
