02040 - SKO Update / Inventory Selector
What Changed:
This feature introduces the Inventory Selection Browse via the Select Inventory button on the Sets Kits Outfits (SKO) Details page and provides the ability to search and select assets for Stock Number and Line Item Number/Table of Authorized Materiel Control Number (LIN/TAMCN) components.
Select Inventory button: Displays the Inventory Selection Browse to select assets for components when the Required Quantity (Qty) is not fulfilled.
Stock Number Inventory Selection: When a Stock Number component is selected, the Inventory Selection Browse provides the ability to search and select desired assets.
LIN/TAMCN Inventory Selection: When a LIN/TAMCN component is selected, the Inventory Selection Browse provides a list of stock numbers in the LIN/TAMCN from which can be used to select and search for the desired assets.
Make the SKO functionality available within the Maintenance module of ELMS. The SKO screens are being upgraded in order to do that.
Impact:
The Select Inventory button simplifies the Asset Selection process for Stock Number and LIN/TAMCN assets.

01898 - Client RSA load from PA Master Data

What Changed:
Upon creating a new Unit Identification Code (UIC) or updating an existing UIC via the Accountable Unit Identification Code (Actbl UIC)/UIC Add/Update/Delete (AUD) page (WPUTN03), or realigning a UIC via the UIC Realignment page (WPUTN46), an event is published and handled by Inventory Control Point (ICP) for relevant ELMS user groups that will create or update the associated Client Remote Storage Activity's (RSA's) name to match the expected format of "UIC/ UIC Name/ PMO City". Since the Client RSA's name has such a strict requirement, the ability to edit it manually will be disabled.
The Originating Problem:
After creating a new UIC in Property Accountability (PA), some ELMS user groups that use ICP Requisitioning had to wait until the "sync" script was run at night for a new Client RSA to be created in ICP. When updating a UIC via the Actbl UIC / UIC AUD page (WPUTN03) in PA (specifically, its name or PMO's city), users would then have to wait until the sync script was run to see the resulting Client RSA name be updated. The same issue would occur if a UIC was realigned to a new UIC in the UIC Realignment page (WPUTN46).
Impact:
With this change, the UIC/Client RSA combination will remain in sync without having to wait for a nightly script to run. The sync script will be converted to a nightly script that will identify mismatches for debugging purposes. If/when no mismatches are found after a period of time, it will be fully decommissioned.
02163 - WPUTN47 - Date of Last Inventory (DOLI) Import

The ability to upload and map columns for a Date of Last Inventory (DOLI) Excel spreadsheet is now available.

The capability to upload Date of Last Inventory information through the Data Import Utility is not available.

The ability to upload the spreadsheet and map columns but still receive a completed with errors status is now available. When downloading the error spreadsheet, it will state that staging has been turned off.

02204 - LPGLM27 - DLMS 832N - 832N Processing with System Updates

What Changed:
Defaults are added to help reduce the amount of errors inbounding 832N transactions. This automatically updates the transactions with default data to complete the transactions without suspending the transactions for the customer.
The Originating Problem:
The Department of Air Force (DAF) Component Inventory Control Points (CICPs) send 832N transactions to ELMS to establish new stock numbers and update existing stock numbers. ELMS requires an existing stock number before processing any inventory affecting transactions. The DAF has been experiencing a large volume of suspended inventory affecting Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) transactions in the Inventory Control Point (ICP) module; many of these can be traced back to a suspended 832N transaction. DAF offers recommendations to improve the processing of 832Ns that will ultimately lead to a reduction in suspended transactions.
Impact:
Default values will be used if information is missing in the inbound 832N transactions.

The Originating Problem:
The former Working Capital Fund Capital Thresholds for the Department of Navy are obsolete.
Navy assets managed by their Working Capital Fund having a total cost less than the new Capital Threshold amount are no longer capital assets.
02234 - Change Department of Navy General Fund Capital threshold to $15M for G,M,R,H
Module: Property Accountability
What Changed:
Per new Department of Navy policy, the Navy updated the Capital Threshold of Equipment to include General Equipment, Military Equipment, Real Property and Heritage Assets, for the General Fund to $15 Million. That threshold was previously effective 10-01-2025 at the end of March 2026. In this current release, the effective date for the $15 Million threshold for the General Fund was updated for the same asset types to 07-03-1776, making the $15 Million General Fund Threshold effective for all time.
The Originating Problem:
The former General Fund Capital Thresholds for the Department of Navy are obsolete.
Navy assets managed by their General Fund having a total cost less than $15 Million that were previously capital are no longer capital assets.
