Resolution: Updated the receiving process to conditionally display the Status dropdown based on the document type and document number. When the document type code is TE and the document number matches a Materiel Return Request, the Status dropdown is displayed but remains optional. If the document type code is TE and the document number does not match a Materiel Return Request, the Status dropdown is not displayed.
