Unlike submitted Support help tickets, System Change Requests (SCR's) can only be submitted through your organization's appointed and authorized ELMS CCB member representatives, or otherwise if no CCB representatives have yet been appointed, your Primary Information Owner appointee. 00961	Time Change Components Sticker for 1574	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Done	Description we are required to put the expiration dates on the back of a DD form 5174 for all time change components in kits. Recommended on the kit grid add a "time change components" button that generates a 3"x2" sticker with the time change components and their expiration dates. Mission Critical mandated by AFI. 00960	CBRNE - Excel and White Board Status Report	Warehouse	Air Force	Done	Description: we currently track aircraft on an excel spreadsheet or on white boards with all the data that is on the AFTO46 for each aircraft. Recommended: generate a report that displays that data in a matrix. Mission Critical: highly desired Benefits: reduces double documentation. time savings Users: all users. 00959	Pick and Plan and QC - Select All Items	Warehouse	Air Force	Done	Description Materiel movement - Pick and Plan: There is no method to select all items in the grid. I can perform a search that only brings up the serial numbers I want, but I have to click each line individually to select them. this will get extremely time consuming when I have eighty lines to select. This also applies to the QC process "select items". Recommended add a button at the top of the select all column that allows you to select all lines. Mission Critical important. 00958	CBRNE - Partially Disassemble Kits	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Removed	Description currently we can only disassemble kits completely. we rarely use this function, but frequently partially disassemble kits. Recommended when adding components to a kit in kit catalog add an additional column "include in partial disassembly". add a partial disassembly button when selected only items that have "include in partial disassembly" selected will be removed from the kit and placed back in stock. Mission Critical important. saves time when removing sized items from kits. 00957	CBRNE - Location type aircraft and Form 46	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Done	Description We have aircraft as locations. We also have a requirement for a prescribed form for all aircraft loaded flight equipment. Recommended add location type "aircraft". add ability to generate an AFTO from 46 for aircraft type locations. See attachment. In addition we need another field for kits "SET ID" this way we can group kits for display on the AFTO46. Mission Critical important. prevents the need to hand jam the form any time config changes occur. Benefits time savings. Users all AFERMS users. Completed - Release 5.1 - 28 April 2017
00956	Edit button on Issue and Return process	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Removed	Description the issue and return process requires the user to view member data and update it before performing an issue or a return. this increases the time it takes to perform an issue or return. Recommended the member data can be updated with the edit button. More often than not the member data will not need to be updated. make it default to the issue and if you need to update data then click the edit button. Mission Critical important. Benefits reduces time it takes for an issue or a return. 00955	Increase Contract Number Length	Warehouse	Air Force	Removed	Description: Warehouse - Contract Number: we cannot input contract numbers of greater than the allowable length, i.e. W58HZ10256A376, SP0460-01-D-0448-0002. Recommended: increase character limit to 17. Mission Critical: highly important. We currently are not tracking correct contract numbers. Benefits: accurate reporting. Users: all users.
00954	CBRNE - NSN Adjustment when in use	Warehouse	Air Force	Removed	Description: once an NSN is in use we cannot update required information. Recommended: give us a method to change requirements. Example: if Date of manufacture is no longer required it should delete Date of Manufacture data on update. If an item that was not required becomes a requirement, it should fill that data with a default place holder "UNKNOWN" until that data can be updated. Mission Critical: Highly important. If I make an error and items are received before it is found I am stuck having to enter unnecessary data or can't add required data. Benefits: time savings and accuracy Users: all users.
00953	CBRNE - Revising / Stopping Kits during builds	Warehouse	AF: AFERMS	Done	Description we have kit changes that happen on a regular basis. currently there is no method to make changes to a kit when builds are in progress. Recommended give us a method to kill all kits in build status and freeze the NSN until updates have been completed so that we can update them. Mission Critical critical. with 5,000 users we will not be able to ensure they all cease builds and close out kits in build status. we have regular changes to kits based on mission needs. Benefits we can effectively update our kit configurations without having to create new NSNs to accommodate changes. Users all users. Completed - Release 5.1 - 28 April 2017
00952	UIF Return Exchange	Warehouse	USMC: CSP	Removed	Description Currently, there is no ability to do an exchange for Unit Issues. This function is available for Individual Issues and needs to be available for unit issues in order to exchange wrong gear or sizes without doing a complete return. Recommended Recommending to add an exchange feature in Unit return that is similar to the Individual issue function. Mission Critical This will enable UIF's to do exchanges without having to complete full returns. Benefits This will significantly reduce the time it takes to do an exchange. Users All UIF 11 Mar 2021 – cancelled per Jack Sanders No Longer Needed.
